Jumproo is built and run independently, not by a large company or a team of career coaches with a "team" byline. There's no separate editorial staff. Content on this site is either written directly, or drafted by AI and reviewed against a quality rubric before it's published, see the "How We Write and Review Content" section below for exactly how that works.

How the ATS Match Score Works

When you paste a resume and a job description, Jumproo compares them: it looks at keyword and skill overlap between your resume and the job posting, checks your resume's structure for the kinds of formatting issues (tables, columns, non-standard section headings) that are known to cause parsing problems in real ATS platforms like Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, and Taleo, and combines that into a single score with specific, actionable fixes.

This score is Jumproo's own assessment, not a guarantee of what any specific employer's actual ATS software will do with your resume, and not a prediction of whether you'll get an interview. Different ATS platforms behave differently, and the final decision is always made by a person, not a scoring algorithm. Treat the score as a useful diagnostic, not a certainty.

How We Write and Review Content

Guides, formatting advice, and product pages are written directly. Role-specific resume examples are drafted by AI from real job-market language, then reviewed by a second, independent AI pass against a quality rubric before anything is published, thin, inaccurate, or generic drafts are rejected rather than published. This process reduces obvious errors, but it isn't a substitute for your own judgment: always replace any sample numbers or achievements shown in an example with your own real experience.
