Refund Policy

7-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be happy with Jumproo. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 7 days of that charge. We will refund the amount to your original payment method.

After the first 7 days

After the 7-day window, payments for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, including where the subscription has renewed automatically. However, you can cancel at any time to stop all future charges — see "How to cancel" below. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time in a billing period, except where required by law.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. We recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 7 days of that charge and we will review it in good faith.

How to cancel

Go to your account and click Manage Subscription to open the secure self-service portal, where you can cancel in a few clicks. Cancelling stops future renewals; your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you need help, email support@jumproo.ai.

How to request a refund

Email support@jumproo.ai from the email address on your account, including the date of the charge. Eligible refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to — and does not limit — any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country, such as the Australian Consumer Law, UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, or EU consumer-rights directives. Where those laws give you stronger refund or withdrawal rights, those rights apply.
